He was predeceased by: his parents, Grafflin Cook Jr. and Brooke Sanner Cook. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Schmeiser Cook; his daughters, Muffie C. Cummons of Baltimore and Mallory C. Earp of Sparks; and his brother Mallory Brooke Cook of Riderwood. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
