It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hayes Larkins (Baltimore, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Eudora Carmichael Larkins; his children, Lynda Massicot (Richard), Laura Lieberman (Michael), Lisa Clegg (Doug), Lydia Vincek (William) and Lance Larkins; his sister Georgaline Kelley (John); and his parents, Elizabeth Larkins and Carlton Larkins. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Mr Larkins a Criminal Justice Professor, always instilled in us to do and be the very best we can be! I was hoping to see and talk to him again one day, this is a very sad time!
