She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Schaberg (Walsh) and Kenneth Schaberg. She is survived by: her siblings, Kevin, Jane and Kathy; her husband Christopher Kauffman; her children, Jane Kauffman Marinelli (Robert Marinelli) of Baltimore, Christopher Kauffman (Emily Windover) of Gettysburg Pennsylvania and Katie Kauffman of Baltimore; and her grandchildren, Michael Marinelli, Katrina Marinelli, Seessa Kauffman, Rosa Kauffman, Ruby Kauffman, Phoebe Kauffman and Mia Kauffman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southern Poverty Law Center, Gilchrist Hospice, ACLU, Equal Rights Campaign, or the World Central Kitchen.
