It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Leonard Cooper Sr. of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Howard L. Cooper, Jr. (Catherine) and Dianne R. Cooper; his siblings, Dorothy Linz, Arthur Cooper (Mildred Jones), Thelma Zurawski and LeRoy (Clarence Cooper); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Tiffany, Gary and Jennifer; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Taylor, Zack, Joel and Nick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
