He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalie Bowen; his son Jack Shipley; and his sibling Margolis Dowen. He is survived by: his children, Rosie Bowen (Alexander Fajardo) and William Shipley; his grandchildren, Brianna Shipley, Samantha Shipley, Adriana Bowen-Herrera and Alissa Fajardo; and his sisters, Sarah Arnold and Christine Logue. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
