She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Shapiro and Leon Shapiro; her son Michael Sefret; and her sisters, Elsie Swerbilow and Marsha Abrams.

She is survived by: her husband Jerome Sefret; her son Steve Sefret (Carol); and her grandchildren, Ashley Pinto (Brandon), Sara Sefret and Myles Sefret.
