Jaylani Nicole Forez Obituary

Jaylani Nicole Forez was born on July 31, 2008 to the parents of Jessika Forez & Andre Williams Jr. And sadly passed away on December 19, 2022 due to an asthma attack, friends and family described her as a sweet, loving, & caring, her spirit and laughter had always lit up the room with brightness and always made everyone’s day. She was a 7th grader who attended Green Street Academy. She was a straight A student and always wanted to become an artist when she grew up. But sadly her life had ended shortly, Jaylani Nicole Forez was laid to rest on January 7, 2023 as friends & families had to say goodbye. Jaylani was buried at the Green Mount Cemetery. On July 31, 2023. The family is having Jaylani’s Heavenly 15th birthday party celebration.
