The memory of Joan L. Lee of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Wiebrecht and Helen Jacobs Wiebrecht; and her husband Roger L. F. Lee. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Anne Carpenter (Bill) of Glen Rock and Melissa Ellen Lacy of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Jesse Earl Carpenter, Lauren Anna Lacy and Kendall Bria Lacy; her sister Linda Helen Kight (Jim); and her nephew J. Kevin Kight (Teresa).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center Inc. (311 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc. (311 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331).
