He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Grissom of Garner; his children, Pamela Tyler of Lutherville and Joel Tyler of Lutherville; and his sister Bonnie Low of Towson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church (5407 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21210).
