He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Manning and Clara Manning; his brother Michael A. Manning, IV; and his sister-in-law Betty Manning. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Goyen (Loren), Lena Manning, Christine Manning, Margaret Chrusniak and Christian Manning; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony Chrusniak and Jane Manning. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
