Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joseph Brune Jr. (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away at the age of 91, on November 24, 2025. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sheila M.; his children, Meaghan Davis (Peter), Gillian Brune, Sean Brune (Karyn), Caitlin Brune, Moira Thomas (Matthew) and Colin Brune; and his siblings, S. Virginia Marie Brune, N. D., David Brune (late Susan), Jerome Brune (Patricia) and Mary Frances Johnston (late Edward).

Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mitchell - Wiedefeld Funeral Home, Inc. (6500 York Rd, Baltimore, MD 21212). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Ignatius Church (740 N Calvert St, Baltimore, MD 21202).

Please omit flowers. Memorials may be made in his name to: St. Ignatius Loyola Academy, 300 Gittings St.
