She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Friedman; her brothers, Samuel Herman and Benjamin Herman; and her parents, Morris Herman and Lena Herman.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark Friedman (Joanna), Gary Friedman (Donna) and Ronald Friedman (Lili); her daughter-in-law Ellen Friedman; her grandchildren, Aaron Friedman (Elizabeth), Joshua Friedman, Zachary Friedman (Jessica), Eric Friedman, Ryan Friedman, Abraham Friedman and Lena Friedman; and her great grandchildren, Carly, Samuel and Gregory.
