She was predeceased by: her daughter Rena Hoffman; and her parents, Shirley Rosen and Max Rosen. She is survived by: her husband Louis Hoffman (Leib); her children, Shimon Hoffman (Shira), Shani Reitberger (Jason), Mordechai Hoffman (Leah), Ezra Hoffman (Chaya), Shira Zeilengold (Naftali) and Esther Swiatycki (Abba); and her siblings, David Rosen (Faige), Yosef Rosen (Rochel) and Bracha Polstein (Yosef). She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208). For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
