He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Smith Martel and George Martel; his siblings, William Martel, George Martel and Dorothy Hibbard; and his son Scott Michael.
He is survived by: his sister Joan Schmitt; his wife Patricia Lubertine; his children, Michael Joseph, Anne Marie, Brian and Ken; his daughter-in-law Heather Martel; his grandchildren, Kyle Patrick Martel, Kathlyn Elyse Maslanka, Casey Francis Martel and Shane Matthew Martel; his granddaughter-in-law Rachel Martel; and his stepgranddaughter Elizabeth Crowley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless close friends.
Memorial donations in Kenneth's name may be made to the Spinal Muscular Atrophy Association or the Gary Sinise Foundation, which supports wounded service members and the families of our fallen heroes.
