He was predeceased by: his former wife Valerie. He is survived by: his wife O. Anne Neibaur; his children, Kelvin Neibaur (Julie) and Kendra Barton (Derrick); his grandchildren, Ryan, Erica, Broghan, Lochlan, Strahan and Harchan; his great grandchildren, Collin, Caroline and Austin; his brother-in-law Bert Peters (Mauren Peters); his niece Jill Brady; his former spouses, Byron, Bart, Lorena, Lisa and Wade; and also, Don, Kayla and Jack.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. (7401 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
