Kevin Clifton "Dilly" Wragg was born on September 25, 1957, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Bobby and Sadie Mae Wragg, Sr. He attended Baltimore City Public Schools and grew up with a heart full of laughter, compassion, and generosity—qualities that would define his life and the way he loved others.
Career and Character Kevin was employed for many years as an environmental service worker with Confident Cleaning Company. He took pride in his work and was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and positive spirit. Kevin brought joy wherever he went—his sense of humor could brighten even the toughest days, and his kindness left a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Love and Family On March 21, 2012, Kevin married the love of his life, Elouise Carlton. Together, they shared a bond built on laughter, loyalty, and faith. Their union was filled with love and companionship until Elouise's passing on October 27, 2024. Though their time together ended too soon, their love remains eternal.
Kevin was affectionately known as "Dilly" by family and friends. He enjoyed taking long walks, working out, and staying active. He loved spending time with his loved ones, sharing stories, cracking jokes, and filling every room with laughter. Music brought him peace and happiness, and he often found comfort in his favorite songs.
A Heart of Service Kevin was a true helper at heart—always ready to lend a hand, move a piece of furniture, clean up a space, or simply be present when someone needed him. His quiet strength and caring nature made him a source of comfort and encouragement to many.
Legacy of Love Kevin's generosity, humor, and uplifting spirit touched countless lives. His legacy lives on through the love he shared, the laughter he created, and the kindness he gave so freely.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Elouise Wragg; his daughter, Donna Chantel Wragg; and his brothers, Reginald Wragg, Jerome Brown, and Anthony Wragg.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving children, Adornis Hester (Mike), Kevin Wragg, Jr. and Shantell Carlton; his cherished grandchildren, Aisha, Aniya, Zeperdee, Sydney, Daniesha, Brian, Kourtney and Jamia; his devoted sister, Lynnette Wragg; his brother, Bobby Wragg (Theresa); and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A Life Well Lived Kevin will be remembered for his laughter, his love, and his unwavering spirit. Though he may be gone from our sight, his presence will forever remain in our hearts.
