She is survived by: her sons, Jacob Florentino Mejia and Matthew Lee Mejia; her adoptive son Eric "Puggy" Anderson; her siblings, Denise James, Vera Wolf, Rita Cronhardt, Arthur Harper, Mary Harper-Smith and Jennie Adams; her close friend Janice Sharpella; and her pets, Raven and Jack.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Burgee Henss Seitz Funeral Home, Inc. (3631 Falls Rd, Baltimore, MD 21211).
