She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her sons, Jeffrey, Ray and Paul; and her sister Helen.

She is survived by: her son Bob (Candace Chandler); her grandchildren, Courtney and Laura (Chase Olivieri); her daughter-in-law Eileen Pumphrey (Bob Pumphrey); her grandchildren, Joe Koullas (Sandy Koullas) and Katie Rosa (Kyle Rosa); and her great grandchildren, Sam Koullas, Dennis Koullas and Tucker Rosa.

Lois Douglas lived through the Great Depression, World War II, polio epidemic, covid pandemic and lived the longest life of her family.
