He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oleksik and Doris Popiolek Oleksik; and his sister Janet Oleksik Krumm. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark, Natalya Oleksik, David, Barbara Oleksik and Karen Oleksik Halpin; and his friend Paul Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
