She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ritter and Mary Ritter; her brother Willis Ritter; and her grandson Cauley Skeen. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Talli Oxnam (Geoff) of Easton, MD, David Skeen Jr. (MacKenzie) of Spartanburg, SC, Roy Skeen (Elizabeth Tung) of Baltimore and Marietta Skeen of Shelburne Falls, MA; her grandchildren, Charlotte Oxnam, Nicholas Oxnam, Grier Skeen, River Skeen, Ford Skeen, Webb Skeen, Caleb Skeen, Bo Skeen, Tully Skeen, Pike Skeen and Lawson Skeen; and her sister Mary O'Neill of St. Michael's, MD..
