She is survived by: her husband Edward Addison Foreman, Jr.; her children, Donna Sweigart (Ernest) and Tony Foreman (Deborah); her granddaughter Katie Foreman; and her brother Anthony Jay Urban (Bette). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. (7401 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. - Overlea (7401 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236).
