We announce the death of Marat Sherman of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 28, 2026, at the age of 94. Marat will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Riva Arbitman and Lev Sherman. He is survived by: his sister Lilya Sherman; and his nieces, Nadya Arshavskiy and Vera Lyalko.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208).
