He is survived by: his wife Ilana Hettleman; his children, Leora Blond (Moshe Yosef), Yosef Hettleman (Shaindel), Ari Hettleman (Bracha) and Yoel Hettleman; his siblings, Karen Katz (Rabbi Dovid), Leslie Silverberg (Jeff), Stuart Hettleman (Miriam) and Bruce Hettleman (Debra); and his mother Dorothy Hettleman.
