He was predeceased by: his parents, Leola Wright Lyles and Elie Lyles, Jr.; and his brother Darrin. He is survived by: his wife Jean Lyles; his daughters, Candace Moore and Amber Lyles; his nephew Christopher; his siblings, Eli P. Lyles (Donna), Dennis M. Lyles, Johnny A. Lyles (Denise) and Donna Denise Bowe (Joseph); his mother-in-law Estelle Robertson; his siblings-in-law, Patricia, Brenda Robertson and Wallace Robertson (Patricia); and his aunt Marie Griffin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Pleasant Church (6000 Radecke Ave, Baltimore, MD 21206).
