He is survived by: his wife Jan Hitchens Meinster; his son Matthew Meinster; and his in-laws, Judith M. Holland, Robert Meinster (Pattie), Douglas Meinster (Laura Beth), JD Barefoot and Dan Hitchens (Patty).
