She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Chazen; her brother Walter Levin; and her parents, Sarah Levin and Samuel Levin. She is survived by: her children, Ilene Chazen and Joel Chazen (Rosalyn); and her grandchildren, Danielle Chazen and Douglas Chazen.
