Snow and Colleen A. Payne. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home (1501 E Fort Ave, Baltimore, MD 21230). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
