Mary Louise Edwards Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2023, at the age of 91, Mary Louise Edwards of Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Everett Edwards; her parents, John Henry Garmer IV and Gertrude Gossman Garmer of Baltimore; and her sister Patricia McComas. She is survived by: her children, Richard E. Jr. (Linda) of Aiken, SC, Suzanne L. Quigley of Fredericksburg, VA., Carolyn L. Edwards of Knoxville, TN. and Kenneth E. Edwards of Bon Aqua, TN.; and her brother John Henry Garmer V of Cockeysville, MD.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren.
In Four Seasons, she initiated and chaired two club flower shows at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA, in addition to planning the staging and writing the publicity, Mrs. Edwards received numerous "Laurel" awards for her contributions to the club and preparation of Books of Evidence (recorded club achievements).
