He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fowler and Helen Fowler; and his wife Brenda Joy Fowler. He is survived by: his brother Ralph; and his children, Timothy Fowler, Dan Fowler, Darla Ziegler, Scott Fowler, Bethany Kaes and Cindy Souder.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Is the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (713 Cabin Branch Ln, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
