He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Mills and Michael Stephen Foley, Sr. (Christianne Raine Foley). He is survived by: his children, Ivy Foley and Michael Foley, III; his grandmother Olga Foley; his brothers, Jonathan Rei, Jonathan Christopher and Riley Adam; and his cousins, Curtis Mitchum and Erin Gibbs.
