He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Rogers (Judy) and Sharon Rogers (Wiseman); his brother Pat Rogers; his sister-in-law Sheryl Wallace; his siblings' children, Katherine Rogers, Samantha Rogers, Joseph Rogers (Brooke Tallent) and William Rogers; and his brother Tim Rogers.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM at the Lilly & Zeiler Inc. Funeral Home (1901 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21231).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Casimir Church (2800 O'Donnell St, Baltimore, MD 21224).
