He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Balser and Jack Balser. He is survived by: his wife Millicent Cierler; and his sister Gail Derosa (Ernest).

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Workmen's Circle Cemetery (6842 German Hill Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222).
