We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 85, Neil P. Kenny of Baltimore, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Kenny and Clare G. Kenny; and his brothers, Stephen and Aedan. He is survived by: his sister Sheila K. Padgett; and his nieces and nephews, Steve Kenny, Sarah Hartzel, Jim Kenny (Troy), Clare Padgett, Mary Flounlacker (Jay), Chris Padgett (Jane) and John Padgett. He is also survived by his many grandnieces/nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor can be made to St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Baltimore, MD, Mount St. Mary's University, Emmitsburg, MD, Community College of Baltimore County MD - Essex Campus, or any local suicide prevention organization.
