She was predeceased by: her husband Roman Hanas, Jr.; her son Daniel Josephat Hanas; and her mother Julia Simonik. She is survived by: her sons, Orest Peter Hanas (Zirka Oksanna) and Andrew Roman Hanas (Maureen Denise); her grandchildren, Alexander Roman Hanas, Victor Anthony Hanas and Julianna "Lyalya" Maria Hanas; and her sisters, Frieda and Gertrude. She is also survived by her sons and daughters-in-law and adored and loved her grandchildren.
