She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Donald and Alexander Donald. She is survived by: her husband Charles R Garrett; her children, Susan Garrett, Gail Garrett Gretch (John) and Donald Garrett (Karla); and her grandchildren, Brandon, Samuel, Ben and Amanda.
A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Parkwood Cemetery (3310 Taylor Ave, Baltimore, MD 21234). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Duck Church (1214 Duck Rd, Duck, NC 27949).
