With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Polina Savlova of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 15, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Israel Scherbakov and Bracha Scherbakov; and her siblings, Efim Scherbakov and Lydia Baron. She is survived by: her children, Iness Gitelman (Michael) and Vadim Savlov (Larisa); her grandchildren, Tatyana Poradich (Vladimir), Radmila Gitelman and Annie Almog (Niran); and her great grandchildren, Victoria Poradich, Andrew Poradich, Emma Poradich, Sarah Poradich, Zoey Almog and Graham Almog.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208). A shiva was held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM, on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at 5 Boulder Brook Ct, Baltimore, MD 21209.
