He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis McKinley McMillan and Edna Regina McMillan (Norton). He is survived by: his siblings, Charles McMillan (Janine), Timothy McMillan and Ethel Wiggleton; his nieces and nephews, Devon, Zachary, Danielle, Paige, Ethan and Tavary; and his great-niece Nyla. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
