“We were so saddened to hear of Rick’s passing. Having lived across the water from him since 1999, he was one of the very first neighbors to welcome us and quickly became a dear friend. Rick was a kind, thoughtful man who was admired and respected by so many. We’ll always remember looking across the water and seeing him sitting on his pier with a fishing rod in hand. It won’t be the same without him there. Our heartfelt condolences to his family. He will be deeply missed.”
