He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Kulacki; his parents, Joseph Kulacki and Virginia Staigerwald; and his sister Alberta Staigerwald. He is survived by: his son Richard J. Kulacki, Jr. (Erin); his grandsons, Zachary and Nicholas Kulacki; his sister Angela Abate; and his niece Hope Ann Herd.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lilly & Zeiler Funeral Home (1901 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21231). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lilly & Zeiler Funeral Home (1901 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21231). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery (7305 German Hill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21222).
