With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Bell Sr. in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 10, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son David Bell; his grandsons, Richard Bell III and Taylor Bell; his great grandchild Stephen Bell; and his parents, Harry Bell and Mary Bell (Wilson).

He is survived by: his wife Nannie M. Bell; his children, Jane Stegall (Bill), Richard Bell (JoAnne) and Pamela Bell; and his daughter-in-law Mindi Bell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
