He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Haney Watson; his children, Richard G. Watson, Jr. (Velinda), Teresa A. Bailoni (James) and Jennifer Watson; his grandchildren, Lauryn (Sean), Melissa, Elena (Cody), Steven, Sophia and Benjamin; and his great grandchildren, Rylie, Reagan and Kayden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
