He was predeceased by: his parents, James Borland and Louise Borland; and his sister Marie Condon. He is survived by: his wife Carol R. Borland; his son Michael R. Borland; and his grandchildren, Sebastian G. Borland and Violet S. Borland.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lassahn Funeral Home (7401 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
