He was predeceased by: his brother Steven Russel; and his parents, Alli Russel and Ronnie H. Russel. He is survived by: his wife Irene Russel; his children, David Russel (Wendy) and Rebecca Brenner (Joshua); and his grandchildren, Rachel Sapin (Austin), Harry Russel, Julia Russel, Jacob Brenner and Noah Brenner.
