He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Janean Adelstein; and his parents, Belle Adelstein and George Adelstein. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Adelstein; his children, Benjamin Adelstein (Sean-Ha), Sandy Matatquin (Oscar) and Michael Adelstein (Michelle); his brother James Adelstein (Mary); and his grandchildren, Jacob Adelstein, Josh Adelstein, Anna Adelstein and Jason Adelstein. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
