It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalie Kwarta (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Kwarta; her daughters, Joyce Peery (Kim), Jill Wilson (Dave) and Janet Harris (James); her grandchildren, Jacklyn Hasselberger, Jonathan Peery, Jacob Peery, Johnny Wilson, Julie Wilson and Jessie Clevenger; her great grandchildren, Justin, Jenna, Jenny, Jo, Riley, Harper, Jay and Luca; and her brother Gregory Palcher. She was also cherished by other loving relatives and friends.
