She was predeceased by: her mother Isabel. She is survived by: her daughters, Christina and Amy Barley; her grandchildren, Jared and Jasmin Silva; her great grandchild Lilliana Wilson; her brother Jack Helms; her sister-in-law Debbie; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Ashley and Ryan; her aunt Maxine Wright; her cousins, Angie, Teddy and Chris; and her uncle Calvin Bocock.

Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, and loved ones are encouraged to honor her memory in their own personal way.
