She is survived by: her sons, James (Toni) and Alan (Jill); her grandchildren, Christopher, Mitchell (Shannon), Janie and Jordan; her siblings, Terry Fouse (Gail), Robert Fouse, Virginia Rein (Theodore) and Jane Langley (Gilbert); and her siblings-in-law, Betty Fouse and Vernon Wong. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the Sally requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
