She was predeceased by: her sister Judy Neuwirth; and her parents, Rev. Aron Yehuda and Gertrude Ellner. She is survived by: her husband Yakov Steingroot; her children, Dovid Steingroot (Syril), Elana Goldstein (Danny), Aviva Steingroot and Chava Weinheber (Meir); her sisters, Fayge Deutsch (Yussie), Rena Krohn (Rabbi Dovid) and Ruthy Krohn (Rabbi Yossi); and her brother-in-law Rabbi Simcha Neuwirth. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
