In the sacred silence of farewell, Stephen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Stephen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his wife Georgianna Dubin; and his children, Peter and Marty Dubin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Family Owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Boys' Latin School of Maryland (822 W Lake Ave, Baltimore, MD 21210).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, may be made in his name to Boys' Latin School of Maryland.
