He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore "Jack" Jacovsky and Sylvia Jacovsky. He is survived by: his wife Candy Cain Jacovsky; his children, Jennifer Josephson (Eric), David Jacovsky and Jason Jacovsky; his sister Joanne Cohen (Joel); and his grandchildren, Devon, Eva, Izzy, Kyla and Waverly.
